This year's event will be held on Sunday, July 24 2011 from 11am to 4pm at the Redhook Brewery, Portsmouth, New Hampshire!

FREE entry with a military I.D.!

As a fundraising event for the Chaplains Emergency Relief Fund, our mission is to raise awareness and support so that military Chaplains throughout the state of New Hampshire can continue to aid military personnel and families in the event of a crisis.

First established in the Summer of 2004 by The Meat House and Redhook Ale Brewery as a way to honor the contributions and sacrifices of our military personnel and families, Operation: Thank You! has quickly become one of the largest and most respected military appreciation events in New England.

Our goal this year is to raise $100,000 and have over 5,000 attendees! This years event will be hosted by Greg Kretschmar from WHEBWGIR's Greg and The Morning Buzz! Highlights include:

  • Raffle items from area businesses, including a Coleman grill, Fisher Cat's baseball tickets, restaurant gift certificates, Canobie Lake Park tickets and a membership to Planet Fitness!
  • Live music from The Pearly Briggs Band, Tim Theriault and Joppa Flats
  • A Communications Center where attendees can record audio/video greetings for loved ones in Iraq and Afghanistan
  • A Meat House BBQ serving our legendary marinated steak tips, pulled pork, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs and potato and pasta salads and more!
  • Vendors like Stonyfield yogurt, Shaker Pond Ice Cream, Boar's Head hot dogs and Mitchell's Fresh salsa and chips!
